HOW TO MAKE

NOW IN THE GRINDER JAR ADD FIGS AND RAISIN & DATES IN TO A COARSE PASTE ( KEEP ASIDE ) HEAT 1 TABLE SPOON OF OIL OR GHEE AND ADD THE GROUND PASTE OF DATES,FIGS,& RAISIN IN TO PAN & STIR HERE IT SLIGHTLY DIFFICULT TO STIR SO JUST MIX LIGHTLY ( NON STICK PAN ) THEN ADD ALL DRY FRUITS STEP BY STEP CARDAMOM POWDER SWITCH OFF THE GAS KEEP THE PAN DOWN, WHEN THE MIXTURE IS LESS HOT OR WARM PLACE INTO MOULD OF YOUR CHOICE I USE CHOCOLATE MOULD, PRESS THE MIXTURE IN IT / OR YOU CAN USE TRAY APPLY A BIT OF OIL ON YOUR PALM AND MAKE SMALL BALLS & ARRANGE  TO FLATTEN IT IN ANY TRAY.
