HOW TO MAKE

IN A LARGE BOWL BEAT BUTTER ( UN SALTED BUTTER ) BROWN SUGAR & EGG ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL WELL BLENDED, ADD MOLASES VANILLA ESSENCE AND CONTINUE TO MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED, AFTER TAKE DRY INGREDIENTS CINEMON POWDER, BAKING POWDER, GINGER POWDER, SALT & FLOUR SIEVE PROPERLY. NOW GRADUALLY ADD DRY INGREDIENTS UNTIL BLENDED SMOTH, ONCE READY WRAP DOUGH IN PLASTIC ( CLEAN WRAP ) FOR 8 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT. NOW PREPARE BAKING SHEET BY LINING WITH PARCHMENT PAPER, MOW PLACE THE DOUGH ON A LIGHTLY PLAN SURFACE SPRINKLE FLOUR OVER DOUGH, ROLL DOUGH TO ¼  INCH THICK USE ADDITIONAL FLOUR TO AVOID STICKING, NOW CUT OUT COOKIES WITH THE DESIRED CUTTER.HERE WE ARE USING GINGER BREAD MAN, NOW BAKE IT AT 180  FOR 10 MINS.
